Discovery Call
We’ll begin with a guided discovery process to fully understand the current position of your business and personal life and where you would like to go. This process may take place over the phone, on a video call, or in-person.
Site Visit
There is no better way to understand where you’re at than to get on-site at your business. We’ll roll up our sleeves and dive into a number of key aspects including, leadership and vision, team culture and dynamics, sales and estimating, production capabilities, marketing and impact.
Action Plan
Get a full report following the site visit with a customized plan focusing on your growth areas and where to start. We then begin a rhythm of weekly one-on-one coaching calls implementing the growth plan and diving into the 4 keys areas of leadership: Spiritual, Relational, Physical and Professional. We'll use tools like the Personality Dimensions Assessment for you and your senior team members and host you at A&A Paving to see it all live.
